It’s refreshing to read a paranormal romance with something for everyone: mystery, detective work, witchcraft, and a vampire. What more could a reader want? Well, you could ask for rounded characters, compelling writing and good editing. A wonderful read, Ms. Wolfe mixes a potent combination of vampire lore, mystery and heat into a tale to read time after time. I enjoyed the way she subtly drew the reader in with the hint of Abbie’s murder and animosity for Alex without giving a reason until the end.
